Blinds for Singapore homes and offices
Some windows suit blinds better than curtains: the window above the kitchen sink, a tight reveal in a bathroom, or a casement right beside a desk. Curtains SG supplies blinds as well as curtains, so one visit can plan every window in the home.

Types of blinds we supply
Each type controls light and privacy differently. The list below is a starting point; tell us what each window needs and we will suggest a type.
Roller blindsA single sheet of fabric that rolls up into a compact head. Available in see-through screen fabrics for glare and blackout fabrics for bedrooms.Learn more →
Zebra blinds (Korean combi)Alternating sheer and solid bands that slide past each other, so you can let light through the sheer bands without fully raising the blind.Learn more →
Venetian blindsHorizontal slats in aluminium or timber look. Tilting the slats lets you angle light away from a screen or a neighbouring block.Learn more →
Vertical blindsVertical vanes that stack to one side. Often used on wide windows and sliding doors in offices and homes.Learn more →
Roman blindsFabric that folds up in soft pleats. A middle ground for rooms where you want the look of fabric on a smaller window.Learn more →
Honeycomb blindsCellular fabric that pleats up neatly, with versions that filter light or darken the room.Learn more →
Outdoor and zip blindsWeather-resistant blinds for balconies, PES and patios. Zip blinds lock their edges into side channels so the fabric stays put in wind.Learn more →
Motorised blindsMany of these types can be motorised with a remote or app. Tell us early, because the power source affects the fitting.Learn more →Blinds or curtains for each room
Blinds tend to win in kitchens and wet areas, in tight window reveals, and beside desks or beds where a curtain would be in the way. Curtains tend to win on full-height glass, in living rooms and bedrooms where you want softness, and where you need the best blackout coverage.
Many homes use both. Our curtains or blinds guide, linked below, goes through it room by room.

Common questions
Which blinds are best for a kitchen?
Blinds that wipe clean and sit close to the glass usually work best, such as aluminium venetian or roller blinds in an easy-clean fabric. Keep fabric away from the hob, and tell us how close the window is to the stove.
Are zebra blinds good for privacy?
During the day, closing the solid bands gives good privacy. At night, when the room is brighter than outside, check the fabric sample because some sheer bands are more see-through than others.
Can I have blinds and curtains on the same window?
Yes. A blind inside the reveal with a curtain in front is common for bedrooms that need darkness and a softer look. The curtain track needs to clear the blind head.
Do you measure blinds at the home visit?
Yes. Home measurement visits need a $50 deposit, which is credited to your order when you buy.
