Consistency across many rooms
For multi-room projects we measure every window, because rooms that look identical on plan often differ by a few centimetres. One fabric, colour, heading and hem height across all rooms keeps the building looking consistent from outside and makes spare panels interchangeable.
Fabric requirements
Hotel operators and authorities may set requirements for fire performance or fabric type. Send them at the start and we will confirm what we can supply against them before quoting. Polyester blackout and sheer fabrics are the most common choice because they resist creasing and fading and are easy to launder.
Cleaning and replacement
We also clean curtains on site or take them away and rehang them, and we can shorten or replace individual panels. That helps properties that cannot leave rooms bare for long.
Quotes for hospitality projects
Prices depend on the number of rooms, window sizes, fabric and whether tracks are motorised. As a guide, our blackout curtains start from about $75 per metre of track width and day and night layers from about $110, installed. Send the room list, floor plans or photos and timeline, and we will quote per project.
Common questions
What curtains do hotels use?
Most guest rooms use a blackout curtain and a sheer on a double ceiling track, usually with a ripple fold heading so every room looks the same.
Can you supply curtains for many rooms at once?
Yes. We measure every window and quote per project, with one fabric and heading across all rooms.
Do you clean hotel curtains?
Yes. We clean curtains on site or take them away and rehang them, and can replace or shorten individual panels.
Can you meet a hotel fire or fabric specification?
Send the specification at the start and we will confirm what we can supply against it before quoting.
