How the budget is built
Each flat type has a fixed curtain package that covers dim-out night curtains, tracks, delivery and installation for the living room and bedrooms. Upgrading to blackout, adding a day curtain on a double track, motorising the living room, or adding blinds for the kitchen and service yard are priced on top. Blinds are shown as a range because window sizes vary between projects.

Common questions
How much do curtains cost for a 4-room BTO?
Our 4-room package, with dim-out night curtains, tracks and installation for the living room and three bedrooms, is $578. Blackout, a living-room day curtain, blinds and motorisation are added on top, which this planner totals for you.
What is included in the BTO package?
For new BTO flats and resale HDB. Each package includes dim-out night curtains, white aluminium tracks, delivery and installation. Up to 260cm high and the total track width shown. Extra width or height is charged at our per-metre rate.
Do I need curtains in every room?
Most owners put a day and night set in the living room and night curtains or blinds in the bedrooms. Kitchens, service yards and studies usually take blinds, which sit closer to the window and are easier to clean.
When should I book for my BTO?
Decide on ceiling tracks, curtain boxes and motor power points with your contractor before the ceiling goes in, then book the measuring visit after painting and carpentry.
