How it works
- Get our price from the instant estimate, a package or a quote after measuring.
- Send us the other shop's written quote on WhatsApp +65 9071 3976, or show it at the measuring visit.
- We check it is the same specification, then match the price.
Terms
- The quote must be written and itemised, from a business in Singapore, and dated within the last 30 days.
- It must be for the same product type, a comparable fabric grade, the same heading, lining and track or mechanism, the same window sizes, and include installation.
- It applies to made-to-measure curtains and blinds and to our packages, not to ready-made curtains, clearance stock or second-hand items.
- Show the quote before you confirm your order with us.
- We confirm sizes at the measuring visit, so the matched price applies to the measured windows.
Common questions
What counts as the same curtains or blinds?
The same product type (for example blackout curtains or Korean combi blinds), a comparable fabric grade, the same heading, lining, track or mechanism, the same window sizes, and installation included. If the other quote leaves out tracks or installation, we compare like for like.
Which quotes can I use?
A written, itemised quote from a Singapore business, dated within the last 30 days. Screenshots of a quote sent by WhatsApp or email are fine.
Does it cover ready-made curtains from IKEA or online shops?
No. The price match is for made-to-measure curtains and blinds with installation. Ready-made curtains in fixed sizes are a different product.
When do I need to show the quote?
Before you confirm your order with us. Send it with your windows or at the measuring visit.
Does it apply to packages?
Yes. If another Singapore shop quotes less for the same package contents, send us the quote and we will match it.
