Blinds Prices in Singapore (2026): Roller, Korean Combi, Venetian and Zip Blinds

Blinds in Singapore are priced by the square foot of window, with a minimum size per blind. Roller, Korean combi and aluminium venetian blinds cost about $5 to $8 per sq ft installed. Wooden venetian and Roman blinds cost more, and outdoor zip blinds for balconies cost about $18 to $22 per sq ft. A whole HDB flat of Korean combi blinds starts from about $400 as a package.

This guide lists our prices by blind type, what other Singapore shops publish, and what pushes a blinds quote up or down.

Blinds prices per sq ft

Our prices, including installation:

Blind Price per sq ft Example: 4ft x 5ft window (20 sq ft)
Vertical blind $4.50 to $6.50 about $90 to $130
Roller blind (sunscreen, dim-out or blackout) $5 to $6.50 about $100 to $130
Aluminium venetian blind $5 to $7 about $100 to $140
Korean combi (zebra) blind $6 to $8 about $120 to $160
Wooden venetian blind $10 to $13 about $200 to $260
Roman blind $14 to $17 about $280 to $340
Outdoor zip blind $18 to $22 about $360 to $440

Each blind counts as at least 20 sq ft, so a small toilet or kitchen window costs the same as a 20 sq ft window. Work out your square feet with the blind size calculator, or price several windows at once with the instant estimate.

Zip blind and Ziptrak prices

Outdoor zip blinds, often called by the brand name Ziptrak, run in side channels so they stay put in wind and rain. They cost far more than indoor blinds because of the aluminium channels, weatherproof fabric and, usually, a motor. Expect about $18 to $22 per sq ft from us and from about $17.90 per sq ft from online sellers, with branded systems quoted after a site visit. A typical HDB balcony of about 8ft by 8ft (64 sq ft) works out at roughly $1,150 to $1,400 at our rates. See outdoor zip blinds for how they work.

Motorised blinds prices

A motor and remote add about $150 to $250 per indoor blind in our pricing. Several blinds can share one remote or a smart-home hub. Zip blinds are usually motorised already. Our guide to motorised blinds and curtains covers power points and smart-home options to plan before renovation.

What changes the price of blinds

Blind type and fabric. Blackout roller fabric costs a little more than sunscreen. Wood costs about double aluminium. Roman blinds use more fabric and sewing.

Size and minimum area. Most shops charge at least 20 sq ft per blind, which makes small windows relatively expensive.

Inside or outside the recess. Blinds fitted outside the window frame are larger, so they cost more, but they block more light at the edges.

Brand. Hunter Douglas, Ziptrak and other branded systems cost more than generic blinds.

Installation and GST. Some prices include installation and GST; others add a labour fee per blind or per order. Check each quote.

Common questions

How much do blinds cost in Singapore?

Roller, Korean combi and aluminium venetian blinds cost about $5 to $8 per sq ft installed, with a 20 sq ft minimum per blind. A standard 4ft by 5ft bedroom window is about $100 to $160.

How much are Korean blinds in Singapore?

Korean combi (zebra) blinds cost about $6 to $8 per sq ft from us, and from about $5 to $6 per sq ft at other shops that publish prices. Our HDB packages of Korean combi blinds start from $398 for a 2-room flat.

How much do zip blinds cost in Singapore?

About $18 to $22 per sq ft from us, and from about $17.90 per sq ft from online sellers. A typical HDB balcony is roughly $1,150 to $1,400. Branded systems are quoted after a site visit.

Are blinds cheaper than curtains?

Often, for small and medium windows. A roller blind on a 4ft by 5ft window costs about $100 to $130, while a blackout curtain on the same window costs about $100 to $130 for the curtain alone plus a track if you need one. For wide living room windows, curtains are often similar in price and cover the window better.

Why is there a minimum size for blinds?

The mechanism, brackets and fitting cost the same whether a blind is large or small, so most shops charge each blind as at least 20 sq ft.
