Plantation Verge is next to the PIE, with a park planned as a buffer. Expressway-facing units benefit from heavier lined curtains on a ceiling track to soften noise in bedrooms. It is reported to be served by centralised cooling; if so, well-fitted blackout curtains also help keep cooled air in rooms facing the sun.
Plantation Verge has seven blocks of 14 to 18 storeys along Plantation Close, beside Tengah's Forest Fringe, with a central courtyard and a childcare centre on the second storey of its car park. Reviews note that some units face the PIE, while others will look across the street at a future residential development, and a primary school is planned next to the cluster. Tengah Park station on the Jurong Region Line is a short walk away.
