About Rail Green I & II @ CCK
Curtains and blinds at Rail Green I & II @ CCK
Rail Green has twelve blocks of 13 to 31 storeys along the Rail Corridor in Choa Chu Kang, with every flat type including 3Gen. In the west, afternoon sun on west-facing windows heats rooms, so blackout or dim-out curtains in bedrooms and sunscreen blinds in living rooms help. 3Gen flats often need a different choice for each bedroom.
Rail Green I and II have 12 blocks of 13 to 31 storeys bounded by Woodlands Road and Sungei Pang Sua, with the Rail Corridor running along and through the project as a landscaped spine. Stacked Homes warned that stacks facing Woodlands Road may hear heavy vehicles at peak hours and that many inward-facing stacks are close together, while others look over a future park, the Rail Corridor and the Pang Sua River. Bukit Panjang MRT is about seven minutes' walk.

Common questions
Do units facing the Pang Sua River and Rail Corridor need blackout?
Bedrooms still do, because a green view does not block early sun or path lighting. Living rooms facing the future park and river can keep sheers drawn by day and add a dim-out curtain for evenings. Stacked Homes suggested floors above the 22nd for some 5-room stacks, so they also clear the existing blocks.
When is Rail Green I & II @ CCK expected to be completed?
HDB's estimate at launch was 4Q 2027. Completion can vary by block, so check your HDB account or the key collection letter for your block's date.
When should I measure for curtains at Rail Green I & II @ CCK?
After you collect your keys, so we measure the actual window openings. If you plan ceiling tracks, curtain boxes or motorised blinds, decide them earlier with your contractor so the ceiling and power points are ready.
What curtains suit a 4-room flat at Rail Green I & II @ CCK?
Most owners choose a day and night set in the living room, blackout curtains or blinds in bedrooms, and a roller or venetian blind for the kitchen or service yard. The right mix depends on which way your windows face.
