Garden Waterfront I and II face the planned Tengah Pond on one side and border the PIE on another. Expressway-facing stacks have open views but more traffic noise, where heavier lined curtains on a ceiling track help soften sound in bedrooms. Stacks facing the pond get more reflected light, which suits sheers with a dim-out layer.
Garden Waterfront I and II are 18 blocks of 9 to 16 storeys on Tengah Garden Avenue, beside the Promenade Park around the planned Tengah Pond and close to the PIE. Hong Kah station on the Jurong Region Line is being built next door, and Stacked Homes suggested that some stacks clear the MRT track before counting on an open view. Blocks facing the park and water look towards Jurong Lake from higher floors, while south-west stacks get direct afternoon sun near the year end.
