A longer occupation period makes durable tracks and fabrics worth choosing.
Farrer Park Arena is three 24-storey blocks bounded by Farrer Park Road and Dorset Road, on the site of a former boxing gym that is being kept as a community sports space. Inward-facing stacks are spaced apart by that sports space, a playground and fitness areas, and a proposed park and new sports centre sit next door. Stacked Homes said some stacks face a landed estate and boutique developments, with high floors looking towards Novena or Somerset.
