Curtains and blinds at Rajah Summit
Rajah Summit has two blocks of 28 to 40 storeys along the Kallang River, the tallest in the area. High floors get open river views and strong unshaded sun, so sunscreen roller blinds or sheers with a dim-out layer suit living rooms. The PIE runs nearby, so bedrooms facing it benefit from heavier lined curtains on a ceiling track.
Rajah Summit's two blocks of 28 to 40 storeys on Jalan Rajah are the tallest in the area, overlooking the Kallang River and Sungei Whampoa, with the PIE and the river separating the site from Toa Payoh. Stacked Homes warned that some stacks face the PIE, and that the south-west facing stacks 134, 136, 138 and 148 get the most afternoon sun. Upper floors facing the river look towards the city.
