Do flats facing Anglo-Chinese School (Primary) need extra privacy?
Mostly during school hours. Classrooms and corridors opposite are busy by day and largely empty at night, so daytime screening matters more. Korean combi blinds or sheers let you see out while limiting the view in. Park-facing flats have the opposite pattern, with more people around in the evening, so dim-out curtains matter more there.
