Curtains and blinds at Brickland Weave
Brickland Weave has twelve blocks of 11 to 17 storeys in Tengah's Brickland District, with roof gardens above the car parks. Lower and mid floors may look onto gardens and neighbouring blocks, so day-night layering is useful. It is reported to be served by centralised cooling; if so, blackout curtains that seal well at the sides help keep cooled rooms comfortable.
Brickland Weave has 12 blocks of 11 to 17 storeys between Brickland Road and Tengah Boulevard, with roof gardens over its car parks and a common green beside it. Stacked Homes noted that most stacks face north or south, but those at the south-east end tilt slightly west and get the most afternoon sun near the year end, and that stacks along Brickland Road get peak-hour traffic. Many stacks face a future school across the road, and the nearest Jurong Region Line station is about 20 minutes away on foot.

Brickland Weave's 4Q 2027 estimate came with a 30 June 2029 delivery possession date at launch; sort out aircon trunking and any false ceiling before curtain tracks go in, since they compete for the same ceiling edge by the window.
