Curtains and blinds at Bayshore Vista
Bayshore Vista sits by the East Coast Parkway, and HDB's brochure shows some 4-room flats with full-height windows facing East Coast Park. Full-height glass suits curtains on a ceiling track that run the full width, with sheers to soften sea glare by day and a dim-out or blackout layer for night privacy. Rooms are designed without internal beams, which makes clean ceiling tracks and recessed curtain pockets easier to plan during renovation.
Bayshore Vista's six blocks of 7 to 21 storeys are bounded by Bayshore Drive, Bayshore Street and Bayshore Walk, which runs alongside the ECP with East Coast Park on the far side. Home & Decor noted there are no buildings between the flats and the park, so some homes get unblocked views towards the sea, and HDB has given some 4-room flats full-height windows. Bayshore MRT on the Thomson-East Coast Line is about seven minutes' walk.
