Bayshore Palms sits along Bayshore Drive next to the ECP, behind Bayshore Vista. HDB's brochure describes beamless living rooms and bedrooms, so ceiling-mounted tracks can run wall to wall without boxing around beams. Units facing the expressway benefit from heavier lined curtains in bedrooms to soften traffic noise.
Bayshore Palms has five blocks of 7 to 21 storeys along Bayshore Drive, next to the ECP but behind Bayshore Vista, which stands between it and the coast. Home & Decor said fewer residents will see the sea as a result, and Stacked Homes' recommended stacks overlook the park towards the landed estate or the car park roof garden. Some 4-room flats still get full-height windows, and two blocks have sky terraces and roof gardens on the 9th storey.
