On high floors the view is open but the sun is stronger and nothing shades the glass, so sunscreen roller blinds or sheers paired with dim-out curtains are worth planning for living rooms. In bedrooms, blackout fabric with the track mounted wider than the window cuts early light.
Towner Residences sits at the far end of Towner Road with two blocks of 25 and 40 storeys; sale flats are in one block and the other holds rental flats. Stacked Homes described the site as right next to the CTE and an expressway exit, with most stacks picking up white noise from the traffic. Stacks face mainly south-west or north-east, and the south-west side gets hotter towards the end of the year.
